Return & Refund Policy

At modesphere, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon delivery following our standard return procedure.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them
  • The item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Please note that certain items may be exempt from returns, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, and intimate or sanitary items.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to verify they meet our return conditions. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

The following charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your financial institution as processing times may vary
  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team
